Packing Operative

Our client is looking to recruit several packing operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Job Responsibilities:

As a packing operative your duties will include:

o Inserting product into machine

o Packing boxes with product

o Stacking boxes of product onto pallets

o Operation of automated and semi-automated packing lines

o Inserting trays of various weights and sizes into racks (lifting above shoulder height/bending)

o Pushing racks of product (lifting above shoulder height/bending)

o Having high standards of basic audit presentation during visits from customers

o High standards of personal hygiene

o Keeping work area clean and tidy

o Critical control checks on the pies to ensure quality

Monday - Friday

2pm until finish

10pm until finish

£11.50 per hour
