Crown Partnership is one of the UK’s leading & award-winning catering & hospitality providers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to work alongside the Partnership Director and Central Sales Team to generate sales activity and achieve sales for the whole Partnership. The candidate will provide administrative and operational support and focus on the day to day running of the business.
Man the office, answer phones and handle all incoming calls
Manage the diary, make appointments and provide admin support to the Managing Partner
Manage post and stationery orders
Take meeting notes and chase updates as requested
Assist in management of VIP programme
Attend PR events as requested
Demonstrate a full knowledge of all Partnership selling points and benefits
Seek approval of sales teams holiday requests
Effectively communicate the benefits of using Crown Partnership to clients
Arrange travel and accommodation for Managing Partner
- Manage expenses for all Partnership travel and hotel bookings.
- Experience within a similar role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise
- Efficient in touch-typing
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
