My client is a boutique property firm based in Birmingham city centre. Based at their plush offices, they have an exciting opportunity for a PA to support their dynamic, progressive and highly successful Managing Director

This role requires a quick thinker, someone who can multi-task and hit the ground running:

  • Management of the Managing Directors diary
  • Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment in the office and arrange for repairs where necessary
  • Organise and schedule meetings / meeting rooms for Fellows staff, as well as other businesses
  • Supporting and hosting events
  • Supporting with Marketing
  • Create and track annual leave forms and expenses
  • Support with recruitment and HR
  • Assist with document control
  • Liaising with clients
  • Arrange and attend social events
  • Manage the LinkedIn profile by creating and uploading new content weekly
  • Manage the website by writing news articles and keeping other pages up to date
  • Check and issue monthly invoices to clients

Applicants must have previous experience of the above. Strong IT skills and the ability to coordinate and multi-task is key. Previous experience of supporting a team in a PA capacity is desirable.
