A fantastic opportunity to join a very successful, innovative marketing & communications agency, based in stunning offices, in the heart of central London.

Duties involved:

  • Manage complex diaries, schedules and itineraries for Senior Executives
  • Arrange and book travel (international and domestic)
  • Expenses management
  • Project coordination
  • Assist/ coordinate company-wide events
  • Prepare/ proofread presentations/ documents required for board meetings
  • Gate-keeping- ensuring the Executive's time is managed effectively
  • Liaison with senior stakeholders/ other Executives within the business
  • Producing reports
  • Minute taking
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external partners


Skills & attributes required:

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a PA (ideally within media/ the creative field)
  • Strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player and a fantastic communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Highly competent in all MS365 tools and functions, in particular Teams and outlook


This is a fixed term contract for the duration of 12 months, covering maternity leave. Due to start at the beginning of May.
