A uniqueBirmingham based educational establishment is looking for an individual for a fantastic permanent opportunity as part of their busy office team. This role is part time working 28 hours a week, the successful candidate must work on a Monday in the office, but the rest of the hours are flexible to suit the candidate.You must possess experience within a specific education capacity as well as skills matching the below listed tasks:

  • Efficient management of the principal’s diary as well as preparation for all meetings

  • Management of all internal and external relationships including involved in college’s appraisal scheme

  • Expert preparation for weekly management meetings including agenda and report creation

  • Some elements of office management including health and safety and monitoring staff absence

  • General office administration line management including reception, reprographics services, and development of new working systems

  • Elements of front of house cover on behalf of the wider team

You must possess the gravitas to act as the first point for all queries and requests coming into the business. Solid PA experience, ideally within education is essential for this role and you will be happy to travel to their multiple sites.
