JHE Partners are recruiting for a PA / EA on behalf of a thriving business based in Bradford. This business is undergoing steady growth through great investment strategies and they are looking for a talented new addition to assist the board of directors.

Job Description

  • Managing diaries, organising meetings, appointments, events and conferences for the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Liaise with clients and/or visitors upon arrival for meetings
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation and assist with VISA applications for the CEO, Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Managing database paper information, specifically electronic and paper filing systems and archive systems
  • Manage the collation and distribution of monthly team briefings
  • Provide support to the Procurement department; ordering office stationery
  • Provide admin support to the Company Secretary
  • Collate reports, presentations and correspondence as required which includes typing up of documents


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Integrity, discretion, tact, diplomacy and trustworthiness: The successful candidate will be dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Have confidence in communicating with the board, senior management and all members of staff within the company
  • Friendly and personable manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive nature and natural ability to take the initiative when required

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems. Knowledge of MS Office applications is cruicial
  • Previous experience as a Secretary and/or PA within a commercial business environment
  • French and/or German language skills are desirable; however, other European languages would also be advantageous

Salary and Benefits

  • 22,000 - 27,000 (depending on experience)
