The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in our outreach program, you will play a pivotal role in the educational journey of students across Essex. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Assisting students in developing key academic and life skills.
* Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create tailored support plans.
* Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to support strategies.
