New permanent job available to work in South Manchester
We are looking to recruit a candidate for one of our clients for a specialist Engagement candidate.
Reporting to the Head of OD & Talent, the specialist will be responsible for colleague experience; leading on corporate engagement, ensuring colleagues have a clear voice within the business and delivering in line with our commitment to being an employer of choice. This role will be actively involved in a range of OD initiatives to support the wider delivery of our People Strategy and Building Greatness, our transformational change programme.
You must have experience of leading on employee engagement activities as the main part of your role.
The successful candidate will also be CIPD Qualified Level 5 and above or alternative HR certification and will have GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
You will be offered a full time permanent position with working hours of 35 per week (flexible hours to a degree) 26 days holiday, competitive company pension + further package
