Our client in Luton requires order pickers & packers. No experience required, as full training will be provided.

Successful candidates will be involved in a variety of different tasks within the warehouse operation including picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods.

Duties will include:

As an order picker packer your responsibilities in the workplace will consist of:

  • Reading orders from picking notes to manually pick and pack orders into boxes and onto pallets.
  • Picking & packing products
  • Stock replenishment
  • General warehouse duties
  • Adhering to health & Safety rules & regulations

Shifts and Salary:

Monday to Friday (5 shifts) rotating

06:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rates

  • Monday - Friday £11.44 per hour for first 37.5 hours
  • On Rotating shift, a premium pay rate is paid from 16:00 - 22:00 of £11.76 Per Hour
  • Saturdays & Hours worked over 37.5 hours Monday - Friday £14.95 Per Hour
  • All Hours worked on a Bank Holiday £19.94 Per Hour
