Operations & Sales Support Co-ordinator

Our client, a North London based Training company is recruiting a Operations & Sales Support Co-ordinator. This is a very varied role providing admin support to the Sales and Operations Departments

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Deal with customers initial enquiries, send appropriate information by email or post
  • Assist with the preparation of course materials
  • Schedule and plan rooms for training
  • Manage general email inbox's
  • Liaise with delegates
  • Take and process card payments
  • Preparation of quotes on behalf of the sales team
  • Produce sales reports
  • Liaise with course tutors

Skills and Experience required:

  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an admin role
