If so, my client as they embark on an exciting journey of growth and development, is offering a brand new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their Thetford based division. This pivotal role will harness your expertise to oversee production facilities, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a seamless integration across various departments.

About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations from production departments. Your primary responsibilities will include
  • Production - ensuring the production output, productivity, and profitability align with strategic objectives.
  • Operations – a robust oversight on all site operations
  • Supply Chain – overseeing costings and management of all supply chain and logistics
  • People Management – effective collaboration, people management will be crucial – setting goals, conducting appraisals and leading the team to achieve its full potential
  • Outcome - ensuring delivery of high-quality products on-time and on-budget.
Salary and benefits – dependent on experience
