We have an exciting opportunity for OperationsManager to join a well-established company located in Wellesbourne CV35.

Our client is a world leader in third-party logistics, provides and operates transportation and supply-chain solutions for large or medium size national and multinational companies.

Our client offers a broad range of end-to-end, customized solutions in contract logistics and air, ocean, ground and finished vehicle transport worldwide.

This role is a temporary to Permanent Position.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday

9am-5pm

Pay

£40,000 - £45,000 per Annum

The successful applicant will need to be flexible with starting early or finishing later if needed, you may also be required to work weekends when needed as the site is a 7 day operation.

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide strategic leadership to a team of operations managers, fostering alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Mentor and guide operations managers to excel in their roles, ensuring effective team leadership and collaboration.
  • Develop and nurture a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    2. Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement standardized operational processes to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all outlets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and make informed decisions to drive improvements.

    3. Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for each location, monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cost management and resource allocation.

    4. Guest Experience Enhancement:
  • Champion a guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service quality and memorable dining experiences.
  • Review guest feedback and insights to identify trends, implementing measures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to address customer concerns and maintain a positive reputation.

    5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.
  • Establish and uphold operational protocols to ensure consistent quality in both service and products.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

    6. Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favourable pricing, terms, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize supply chain processes and inventory management.

Desired Skills of a operations Manager

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a logistics and warehouse background.
