Operations Manager

Reed Business Support in Cambridge is partnering with a leading international educational institution. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage their educational centres during their Summer/Winter Courses in Cambridge. This role is pivotal in coordinating with staff, faculty, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programmes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Address and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all course participants.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with educational institutions, sponsors, and partners.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of new summer and winter courses.
  • Ensure the highest quality of educational programmes is maintained throughout the centres.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ideally previous experience with dealing and managing summer/winter courses.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective team collaboration.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work environments.
