Operations Manager
Operations Manager required by an award-winning group tour operator to take on a varied position where the primary focus is operations, but also has significant involvement in commercial, product, account management and business development.
Salary up to 32K plus bonuses.
Remote, with one day per month in London.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Planning touring itineraries
- Monitor and manage tour departures from an operational, client service and commercial view
- Supplier management, Management of Conversion, and management of invoices
- Communication with internal & external partners
- Assisting in the development of the touring portfolio
- Account management
- Margin management, collaboratively with Head of Dept
- Assistance in the training of sales staff
Operations Manager Experience Required:
- Tour Operator Operations experience
- Keen attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and motivated
- Good writing skills
- Excellent Communication skills
Operations Manager Additional Information:
- Mon - Fri, 8am - 4.30pm, 9am -5.30pm or 10am 6.30pm (your choice)
- 23 days annual leave plus your birthday
- Commission and Bonus
