Operations Manager

Watford, Hertfordshire

£38,500 + Pension + Parking

A dedicated Operations Manager is required to join a dynamic and dedicated team, excellent prospects are available within this successful Company who are constantly expanding.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the operations function and co-ordinating all customer service requirements

- Dealing with customer order requests, inputting details onto computer system and processing order deliveries

- Managing any service issues that occur and co-ordinating repairs and maintenance

- Preparing job sheets, allocating work to be completed to team of Engineers and preparing route plans

- Dealing with client enquiries and investigating any delivery or service issues in order to find a suitable resolution

- Costing client orders, raising client sales invoices and processing payments received onto the accounts system
