£40,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are a customer service professional at the top of your game then this position for an Operations Manager is perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the sales administration function and supervising a Sales Support Assistant

- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships

- Managing order requirements received from clients from instigation through to delivery stage

- Ensuring that customer orders are priced, packed and despatched on schedule

- Checking new stock deliveries and ensuring they were stored appropriately in the warehouse

- Managing relationships with clients, suppliers and Shipping Agents
