My Client, an established, fast growing, vibrant Financial Advisory firm are looking to offer this incredible opportunity to an experienced Operations Manager to play a leading role in controlling the day-to-day operations of this firm where the team take immense pride in the excellent service they provide to their Clients.

** Varied role encompassing HR, Operations, Facilities, and IFA Administration

** Perfect opportunity for a wealth management experienced Team Leader, Compliance Manager or Office Manager

** Managing a team of efficient IFA Administrators, driving the business processes forward, overseeing workflow to ensure standards remain high

** Full involvement with 1-2-1 meetings, team motivation and mentoring sessions, appraisals, and all associated HR involvement

** Involvement in developing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency

** Managing and overseeing each case to ensure tasks are completed.
