Description
Operations & Maintenance Coordinator, Theale:
Liaise with internal teams, technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
Track, manage, and report on asset performance using digital monitoring tools
Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure health and safety compliance across all operational activities
Support the mobilisation of new sites into the operational portfolio
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Profile
Operations & Maintenance Coordinator, Theale:
Previous experience in an operations, maintenance, or coordination role, ideally within the renewable energy sector
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in using digital tools and systems for monitoring and reporting
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to field-based operations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations as required
Job Offer
Salary of circa £25,000 - £33,000 (dependant upon experience) and excellent package
