What will you do?

• Manage and process customer orders from both D2C and Retailers
• Work alongside 3PL providers and liaise with supply chain to forecast stock levels
• First point of contact for customer accounts dealing with any inbound enquiries
• Raise purchase orders, chase suppliers and provide ETA updates
• Provide aftercare support to customer accounts
• Prepare month end stock reports to present to founder

What do you need?

• Previous experience working in a senior or standalone operations role
• Beauty/FMCG background essential for the role
• Experience working within a startup environment would be an advantage
• Enthusiastic and comfortable working within a standalone role
• Keen to progress and grow with the brand
• Happy to be extremely hands on within a fast paced environment
