Adecco are exclusively partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an Operations Finance Manager on a 1 year fixed term contract.

This role has the potential to go permanent, and the client have a hybrid working pattern with an expectation of travel into the office around once a week (in Craven Arms).

This client are a fantastic company to work for, with a brilliant leadership team who want to invest in people to get the best for their customers and the local area.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will:

  • Deliver a professional and customer focused Management Accounting and Commercial Finance Service to the Group.
  • Be responsible for budget setting and budgetary control.
  • Lead on the tender and implementation of new finance systems.
  • Lead on management oversight of the Internal Audit service.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Management Accounts experience
  • Knowledge of investment appraisal techniques to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Ability to understand complex financial information
  • Internal audit process knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years post qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable line management experience.
