Operational Analyst (Commercial)

We're delighted to announce that we're looking for a talented Operational Analyst for the Commercial team to join us at SThree!

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the Customer Operations Business Partner & Customer Leadership Team to support and implement SThree customer strategy.

Some main requirements of the job include …

  • Providing insight and reporting
  • Completing government mandated reporting such as MISO Reporting
  • Administration & reporting of Kingsbridge Insurance
  • Analysing business performance (WNF / book reporting - region, brand, team, and individual)
  • Being responsible for completing audits of Client Function contract & statement of work libraries and reporting to Customer Leadership team
  • Taking ownership of completing audits of Salesforce & SAP to ensure correct set up of placements
  • Coordinating key stakeholder project meetings/training/events
  • Formulating project documents
  • Completing Process Mapping & Documentation
  • Ensuring & validating correct set up of accounts in SAP and supporting with new customer on boarding process
  • Running administration of customer function contract review & approvals process & customer function account matrices
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies & procedures and assisting with the implementation thereof.
  • Ensuring requirements of the customer are correctly mirrored and valid for the duration of the customer project / programme

  • Customer Leadership Team, SDM, CSF, MSP, BD
  • Glasgow Operations Hub
  • SThree Commercial Team
  • SThree Legal Team

What skills & knowledge are we looking for?

  • Track record of working within commercial operations or compliance (essential)
  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry (essential, as well as a global, fast-paced environment (essential)
  • An organised, structured approach & self-motivated with the capability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to prioritise actions efficiently & accurately
  • Analytical with the confidence, initiative and ability to apply common sense in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Understanding of SThree's internal systems: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft
