Our client has been at the forefront of inspiring their customers with innovative products for  Many years. Now, as they continue to expand, they need a talented individual to manage orders, shipments, and stock to ensure a seamless flow of products to their valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage sales orders, including data entry for independent, key customer accounts, and distributors, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to coordinate work and facilitate product flow to customers.
  • Handle marketplace orders, ensuring accurate processing, effective communication with customers, and timely product updates.
  • Assist customers with product information requests, such as images, samples, and compliance documentation.
  • Address any order issues promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. All done on ERP  and PLM systems.
  • Utilise customer and warehouse portals, managing EDI orders for streamlined operations.
  • Process invoice dispatches and follow up on pro forma payments.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the business, including compliance and sales, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Review supplier manuals and ensure teams have necessary information for accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee any necessary stock re-work, ensuring proper cost management and approval.
  • Perform any other duties as required to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operations administration, preferably in sales, warehouse, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Experience in the gift and/or beauty industry is desirable.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
