My key client with a major presence within the Records Management / Document Management industry also has a major presence throughout the UK, Ireland & Europe are recruiting for a Operational Excellence Manager / Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager to take the company through efficient, timely and smooth Operational processes.
The Operational Excellence Manager / Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager will:
*Lead and implement operational excellence standards across the Company.
*Identify issues, form hypotheses, conduct analysis, design solutions and implement.
*Serve as a change agent, driving continual and sustainable improvement culture through consistent exhibit and initiation of Operational Excellence
*Oversee and manage CAPEX/OPEX projects aimed at cost reduction through productivity and efficiency enhancements.
*Lead, plan, manage and conduct process and product audits. Plan and co-ordinate quality observation tours at branch level.
*Review of all operational processes and procedures to ensure fit for purpose
*Standardise all operating procedures
*Oversee implementation and provide ongoing governance to Client Experience program outputs
*Oversee and provide ongoing governance to FBU based training requirements.
*Design and implement robust records centre cyclical audit program
*Lead implementation of operational excellence standards with acquired entities
*Learn and maintain expertise in Total Recall
*Conduct regular meetings with operational leaders.
*Design, test, and implement Key Performance Indicators and Balanced Scorecards to measure effect of changes.
*Meet or exceed KPI targets.
*Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations.
*Inspire others to provide heroic client service.
*Embrace and promote all three parts of the Group Vision: Purpose; Core Values; and Mission.
Comply with all company policies and advise operational leaders of issues requiring his/her attention
The successful Operational Excellence Manager / Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager MUST:
*Previous experience of working in a service delivery role preferably within the records management industry.
*6+ years of related experience preferred.
*Supervisory management experience preferred.
*Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
*Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic.
*Ability to build and develop successful long-term relationships with clients, and other teams.
*Ability to work independently under own initiative with minimal supervision.
*Excellent task management skills, results orientated with a strong work ethic, and demonstrated attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database applications.
*Must be flexible and friendly under pressure.
*Excellent Problem solving Skills.
*Regular travel maybe required.

* £80,000 (DOE) Basic Salary
