Your Role: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment for our young learners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the EYFS teacher in implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Supporting individual and small group learning experiences.
  • Promoting social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Enthusiasm for early years education and a commitment to fostering children's curiosity and love for learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (desirable but not essential).
