    • Oversee daily office operations and ensure that administrative functions run smoothly.
    • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
    • Maintain office facilities, including organising maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Assist in budgeting and expense management for office-related activities.
    • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite, G Suite).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
