Office Manager: A competent and experienced Office Manager with excellent communication and numerical skills is required to manage the day to day administration of the office and support to the business for an industrially-focussed SME strategy consultancy based in Soho

The successful Office Manager will be a proactive, down to earth individual of strong character, keen to make a real contribution in the smooth running of a dynamic consultancy that works with Fortune 1000 corporations, large European organisations and private equity companies to drive superior growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Full PA management of Managing Director
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD, Principals and Consultants (multi destinations overseas)
- Management of HR processes; e.g. track holiday and absences, compose and send offer letters and employment contracts
- Order stationery and kitchen supplies
- Support the company accountant
- Adhere to, and improve on, existing office processes
- Take job briefs and agree deadlines with team members

Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' solid experience as an Office Manager also with PA duties
- Basic understanding of Bookkeeping / Accountancy, P&L and basic financials
- Previous experience in a similar professional background (i.e. professional services, consultancy, hedge funds)
- Ability to hit the ground running, problem solve and find a solution
- Extremely well organised with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented, robust, well-spoken with an approachable and friendly personality
- Self-sufficient, energetic, proactive, independent, resourceful and confident
- Hard working and focussed with a determination to achieve a positive outcome
- Extremely driven and energetic
- Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel) experience and excellent computer skills (basic trouble shooting skills)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to liaise with colleagues of all levels
