Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Finance Administrator to work within a dynamic and fast passed environment. Initially on a 6 month contract
- The role will work closely with the finance department in which you will be involved approval of invoices and raising of purchase orders.
- Liaise with AP and suppliers in regards to unpaid invoices
- Support senior management in establishing project processes and controls
- Track and record invoices
- Look into expense codes and general office admin
You will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience as a finance administrator/office manager
- Strong communication skills and exposure to dealing with Project/Senior Managers
- Experience of processing Invoices and raising PO Numbers
- Exposure to acting as the go between for several departments
