Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Finance Administrator to work within a dynamic and fast passed environment. Initially on a 6 month contract


  • The role will work closely with the finance department in which you will be involved approval of invoices and raising of purchase orders.
  • Liaise with AP and suppliers in regards to unpaid invoices
  • Support senior management in establishing project processes and controls
  • Track and record invoices
  • Look into expense codes and general office admin

You will have the following skill set:

  • Previous experience as a finance administrator/office manager
  • Strong communication skills and exposure to dealing with Project/Senior Managers
  • Experience of processing Invoices and raising PO Numbers
  • Exposure to acting as the go between for several departments
