You will have responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the office, including ordering stationery, maintenance of the phone and email systems, meeting room management, facilities and catering. Providing five-star 'Front of House' reception capability, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors, mirroring the same approach through phone and email correspondence. You will organise the day to day management of office support contractor support including premises, alarm, technology and maintenance contracts. You will assist in the development and implementation of CRM and workflow business process integration, including the contacts database.
You will maintain management of the filing system (electronic and hard copy) and contact database, Book travel and arranging meetings. Update company policy and guidance documents (e.g. Office Procedures, Business Continuity Plan etc.).
You will get the opportunity to help the Marketing team with the administration of events, including registration, advertising, marketing and communications, social media approaches etc., as well as getting involved in the delivery of key projects as required
There will also be the opportunity to providing assistance and cover for the EA in her absence.
This is a varied role which would suit you if you have a great work ethic and you are keen to do a really good job. You should be someone who will take responsibility for the role and make it your own, have 2 years office experience, have a corporate outlook and think proactively so as to avoid problems.
