My client is currently looking for a newly created Office Manager - Boutique Financial Services Firm, to manager all office functions, manage external stakeholder relationships, reception and staff, support the facilities management, all whilst driving efficiency and process improvement where possible.

My client is currently looking for a newly created Office Manager - Boutique Financial Services Firm, to manager all office functions, manage external stakeholder relationships, reception and staff, support the facilities management, all whilst driving efficiency and process improvement where possible.

Description

The duties of the Office Manager - Boutique Fin Services Firm, will include:

  • To be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the office and support all operational functions

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems and driving efficiency and process improvement where relevant

  • Based on and managing reception function and reception staff (2 people)

  • Dealing with all outsourced providers and relationships including, accountants, IT, suppliers, facilities etc.

  • Liaison with the facilities manager and implementation of relevant office procedures

  • Liaising with Partners and internal stakeholders re: meeting room, travel, diary and hotel arrangements when necessary

  • Ad hoc administrative duties and project support

Profile

The successful Office Manager - Boutique Financial Services Firm , with have/be:

  • Background in Office Management and/or Co-Ordination
  • Prior staff mentoring or management for reception
  • Excellent organisational skills and a self-starter attitude
  • Computer literate and the ability to use full range of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and drive this for the busy partners
  • Ideally prior Fin Services sector exposure and/or relevant interest in the sector

Job Offer

Attractive Permanent Salary, great City of London office location with good facilities and a friendly working environment with typical office hours 8:30am-6:00pm
