Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Person:

Role:

  • Providing a professional front of house service to visitors and guests (internal and external)
  • Answer telephones, screen and direct calls
  • Assisting barristers with ad hoc administration which may include delivering court papers, petty cash, ordering supplies.
  • Assisting the Facilities team when needed with;
  • Stocking floors and meeting rooms with refreshments, stationary and wash room goods
  • Resolving facilities issues liaising with external specialists where required
  • Ordering stationery and supplies under direction
  • Clearing down rooms post events and meetings
  • Assisting the Marketing team when needed with;
  • Attending events as Ambassador, greeting attendees and distributing information
  • Preparing rooms for events and meetings
  • Producing event information such as name badges, itineraries, schedules
