£45,000 + Pension + Parking
If you are a Finance Manager who also has the ability to manage administration systems then this position is going to be ideal for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Managing Director with the day to day management of the office
- Supervising a bookkeeper and maintaining accounting records for 4 Companies in the Group
- Overseeing the production of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers
- Monitoring cashflow, preparing forecasts and dealing with escalated credit control issues
- Calculating, preparing and producing quarterly VAT returns and online submissions
- Preparing profit and loss reports for all Companies in the Group on monthly basis
