WANTED URGENTLY!!! Office Coordinator (C London) Salary £26Kpa (plus excellent benefits) to deliver business support across operations for an prestigious international membership organisation.

- Managing the day to day smooth running of the office
- Manage office support services including premises and maintenance contracts, phone and email systems, meeting room management, facilities and catering
- Assisting in the development and implementation of CRM and workflow business process integration
- Managing the filing system and contact database
- Client Relationship management
- Organising travel arrangements
- Organising and arranging meetings,
- Updating company policy and guidance documents
- Support the Marketing team in the administration of events
- Providing assistance and cover to the Executive Assistant
- Assisting in the delivery of key projects as directed

Essential skills and experience:

- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, Adobe Illustrator, HTML editor and SAGE,(MSDynamics an advantage) Immaculate presentation
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects, tasks and systems
- Confident and enthusiastic
