Office Co-ordinator/Sales Administrator

Hybrid working available - 2 days in the office - 3 Working from Home

We are looking for a methodical, motivated, sales support administrator to join our busy team. Your key role will be to support the UK and International sales team with administrative tasks to maximise sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working across departments, ensuring supply chain of orders are managed efficiently and accurately. Liaising with both internal and external parties.
  • Support the Sales team - including new line forms, quote templates and order processing as well as administrative tasks and report building.
  • New product setup: distribution of key new product information to sales team and updating relevant.

Sales documents, systems, and processes.

  • Input and management of price updates.
  • Asset management: ensuring latest assets are available and filed.
  • Update and co-ordinate selling tools and platforms i: website, social media, catalogue, price lists, mailer campaigns.
  • Management of Master pricing document to ensure all information is checked weekly and is correct in line with all departments within the wider business.
  • Assisting Supply Chain end to end with Global Wholesale FOB and customer forward orders.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills:

  • Proven work experience in sales, administration or in a customer service/facing role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Communicate effectively
  • Excel/PowerPoint and systems skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasker
