  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain organized and tidy office spaces
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • General Administration duties to support the office
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient flow of work within the office
