Description

The key responsibilities of The Office Assistant will be;

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Profile

A successful Office Assistant should have:

  • A keen eye for detail and an organised approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A proactive nature and the ability to take initiative
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The capacity to work efficiently under pressure
