  • For this role you must have excellent administration skills and great customer service skills since you will be liaising with clients, solicitors and surveyors
  • Salary £25,000 pa
  • Monday to Friday role 9:00 am 5:30 pm
  • Full property administration training will be given

Working closely with the Director and the sales team you will be an important part of this estate agency team ensuring the office administration runs smoothly.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and dealing with calls and enquiries
  • Producing property sales documents, agreements and correspondence
  • Uploading property details to portals and managing the company's website
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Liaison with clients
  • Contacting property professionals such as surveyors and solicitors
  • To undertake training in anti-money laundering (AML) and ensure the business is compliant with property legislation

As Office Administrator you will need:

  • Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
  • Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft office packages
  • Live within easy commute of Raynes Park
