Our client is looking for an Office/Accounts Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of their company.

Candidates need to be;

  • happy to undertake office management as well as accounts duties

The position will consist of;

  • financial & administrative support
  • preparation of VAT returns
  • handling staff expenses
  • invoicing
  • credit control
  • processing the payroll, pensions & tax returns
  • managing office supplies
  • filtering new business enquires
  • marketing support
  • reception cover
  • ad-hoc duties as required
