As an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant environment within the PART-145 maintenance department. From developing safety policies to conducting risk assessments and providing training, your work will have a direct impact on the well-being of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop safety policies and conduct risk assessments.
  • Identify hazards and ensure preventive measures.
  • Conduct safety checks and maintain checklists.
  • Distribute and oversee usage of PPE
  • Analyse data and investigate incidents.
  • Provide training and mentorship
  • Support company safety goals

Requirements:

  • Understanding of OHS regulations.
  • Hands-on OHS experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices and hazardous materials used in the aircraft maintenance industry.
  • Familiarity with EASA PART-145 regulations
  • Excellent English language ( written and verbal)
  • Holder of certificate in OHS
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • OHS qualification preferred.
