Nursery Nurse

A nursery in Stockport is seeking CACHE level 3 qualified nursery nurses or level 3 qualified teaching assistants to work at one of thier 5 sites across Stockport and Macclesfield.

Job Description:

The suitable candidate will be successful in working with children, be able to take charge of key children, plan and implement learning and creative activities in line with early years curriculum (eyfs). From this the candidate must be able to carry out observations of children, write reports, interact with parents and update them on child's progress. Furthermore, the candidiate is expected to be able to supervise play, attend trips to places of interest with children, follow policies and procedures and work as part of a team in the friendly nursery settings.

The high standards of Nina's Nursery's expect all staff to be committed to meeting the standards set by Ofsted and the DFE and to assist in our endeavours we use the services of a Educational teacher who inspects our work and advises on areas for improvement.

The roles are available on a permanent contract direct with the Nursery or through day to day cover agency work, through Guardian Education, where weekly work will be guarenteed. A driving lisence is desired as the candidate may be asked to travel to different sites to cover where needed.
