Your new company
Our client, an Ofsted rated "Good" school in Hackney is looking for an experienced and committed Learning Support Assistant to work in their Nursery and offer support to a child with Challenging Behaviour and an Educational Health Care Plan in place, on a one to one basis.
Your new role
You will be required to set and work towards routines with the child in order to promote positive behaviours throughout his school day and reinforce his learning patterns. You will work closely with the SENCo and report on any progress made with the child and keep the parents up to date with reports and feedback.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role you must be NVQ level 3 or above, have experience of supporting children with SEN, be experienced and confident with supporting challenging behaviour and have excellent behaviour management skills and have experience of working with and setting routines and schedules for pupils with SEN.
