WorkwithSchools recruit Nursery Assistants for ad hoc and part-time work within nursery settings in and around York and North Yorkshire.

To work at Level 2 or 3 in nurseries, applicants must have;

• An Early Years Qualification Level 2 or 3 (or higher)
• Paediatric First Aid Training (PFA) from within the last 3 years if you qualified after 30/06/16

If you do not have any of these qualifications, but have experience working in a nursery, it is possible that we can offer you bookings, but as extra staff and not included in their staff:child ratio.

If you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and interested in working in nurseries, then you meet the Level 2/3 requirement, but would need Paediatric First Aid Training (details above) if your QTS is after 30 June 2016.
