If you are an established or newly-qualified mental health nurse or learning disabilities nurse, with an attitude that puts our patients and carers at the heart of care planning, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for skilled and competent band 5 nurse practitioners to join our mental health inpatient wards.
Working both autonomously and as as part of the multidisciplinary team, successful applicants will be responsible for developing individualised care plans in partnership with our service users.
We adopt a shared decision making approach, empowering patients to make informed choices about their care.
Previous experience as a nurse practitioner is desirable but a preceptorship programme is available to support newly-qualified nurses if this will be your first role after qualifying.
This post is subject to an enhanced check with adults barred list Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
