Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft pleadings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other relevant parties.
  • Attend court hearings, negotiations, and mediations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified solicitor with prior experience in handling either RTA, EL or OL/PL cases during training contract.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
