Job Title: Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor Minimum 
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary £35-£50k 
Are you a passionate and ambitious Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor seeking an exciting opportunity to kick-start your legal career? , A reputable law firm located in Redditch, Worcestershire, Are actively seeking a talented individual to join there dynamic Employment Law team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their employment law needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  2. Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes.
  3. Legal Research: Stay informed about changes in employment law and industry trends, ensuring that advice provided to clients is up-to-date and relevant.
  4. Documentation Drafting: Prepare and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  5. Advocacy: Represent clients in employment tribunals, providing strong advocacy skills and negotiating settlements when necessary.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with other legal departments and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  7. Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the firm by actively participating in business development initiatives and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Newly Qualified Solicitor, admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales.
  2. Strong academic background with a focus on Employment Law.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  5. Keen interest in staying abreast of developments in employment law.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
