Our Client are currently looking for Warehouse Supervisor to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

Warehouse Supervisor - Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day running and management of the department.
• Health and safety
• Maintaining company policies & procedures
• Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
• Carry out effective communications
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Warehouse Supervisor - Skills and Experience:

• A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
• A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
• Responsible for driving the night activities with the team to achieve deadlines
• Ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers
• Enable and support with all warehouse processes from picking and packing to loading deliveries
• Conduct and keep a record of return to works and other performance management conversations with team members
• Provide cover for operational colleagues during any absence
• Ensure routes are picked, loaded and dispatched in the correct orders and making sure vehicles depart on time
• Ensure all pick sheets are signed by the picker with start and finish times included
