We have an exciting opportunity for a support worker to join our team in Southport on a 42 hour contract working 4 nights a week.

Training and DBS paid

Our shift patterns are 8pm-8am (working nights) so you must be able to travel to and from work at these times.

Pay rate £7.25-£7.93

Responsibilities and Duties

The ideal team member will be proactive and actively support with be activities like film nights, pamper nights OR supporting with medication, dealing with self harm, general support, drug and alcohol issues.

The service is very much service user lead, nights can be really quiet or really busy.

You may have to check on someone every 15 mins, but then again everything could be calm and you may be cleaning and booking in medication and making sure that the paperwork is restocked for the day staff.

Qualifications and Skills

None are needed although some experience working in mental health is ideal, all training and dbs is paid for by Lifeways
