Our client provides specialist residential care for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs. The company was created by parents; the client’s family values teamed with experienced Social Care professionals, aim to deliver excellent care with the individual and their needs at its core. Their bespoke needs-led support packages are created and delivered from the viewpoint of what is best for the individual, rather than what is best for the company.
We are currently offering the opportunity for a Night Support Worker to join one of our teams. Due to the location of our residential homes you will need to be able to drive, as a company we have a one team approach which means they would be required to work within our micro-communities - these are located in Bardney, Ruskington, Fiskerton and Dorrington.
We are looking for people who are passionate about care and are eager to develop within our night’s team; due to the nature of the role the successful person would have to be self-sufficient as you may be required to work autonomously during the night and should want to lead by example as they would be shadowed by Night Housekeepers.
A minimum of 6 months’ experience in care would be required; Health and Social Care qualification would be beneficial but not essential. Full induction and training will be provided. All posts will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Costs for this will be met by the employer.
