The position of Night Marina Operative has become available at Premier Trafalgar Wharf. You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. This role will include spending some time patrolling the marina and facilities, conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
• Proven customer service or customer facing experience
• A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems

You will be working as per the night duty rota which includes some weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience in a similar role and a knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential as full training, where required, will be given. A full, clean UK driving licence is advantageous but is not essential.
