Night Healthcare Assistant - Hospice at Home
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £18,516 pro-rata plus Enhancements for Unsocial, Night and Sunday working
Shift Hours: 34 hours per week (over four week rolling rota, including weekend and bank holiday working) Job Share would be considered

Successful candidates will be able to offer the highest level of individualised holistic care to our clients patients and their families and carers. Maintaining continuity of patient care which is planned and regularly assessed, our client is looking for Night Healthcare Assistants to support their Hospice at Home senior nursing team ensuring they provide compassionate and attentive direct nursing in their patient's home.
Experience of working in palliative care is desirable but not essential as you will possess transferable skills to provide excellent compassionate care. As part of the professional team you will have the ability to demonstrate high standards of communication to respond to others in a supportive and people focussed working atmosphere.
This is an exciting time to join our client's hospice with future opportunities as they move towards opening a new 18 bedded hospice in Bosham in 2018.
