Job Title: Night Concierge - Saturday and Sunday

Location: Wembley

Hour of work: Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm to 7:00am

Salary: £14,150

Profile:

One of our main clients are seeking a Night Concierge to join their team based at a residential development in Wembley. They are one of the largest Property Management companies offering plenty of progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Offer a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and residents.
  • Ensure people are logged into the visitor book
  • Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when needed
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults and damages
  • Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any site issues.
  • Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
  • Liaising with the housekeeping, cleaning and grounds staff to ensure that the safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
  • Carry out building checks.
